Never ever go to these people for any of your insurance until and unless you have lot of money and time to waste. Such unprofessional people who are only covering their staff error and least bothered what the customer has to suffer. We are trying to get the rectification on our policy which has been incorrectly done by their staff but we are only made to go to pillar to pillar without any help. When asked to provide with the complaint number they close the request saying client not agreeing. Why should a client pay for your staffs mistake.. kindly do not trust these people if you want to have a hassle free insurance done. I would have rated them negative if that option was available.

Policyhouse staff or representatives are not customer friendly. They are just taking care of their commissions only that how and from which company they are getting high comission. I took policy from them and they quoted me price and after few minutes they said that company is not giving u insurance on your documents so u can take from another compa y which is good and they sell me that 100 AED expensive than what they quoted. Next same same company offered me on that price which they quoted earlier on same documents which I gave to them. Than I contacted them than they even dont bother to talk and that staff who sold policy to me I contacted her and she gave her phone to another person to talk with me. Than I contacted their management and I explained all than he said we will get back to you once we will check from our side , I waited for two days to get response but no luck. Than I emailed them in reply they said they will sort this matter by the end of the same day in which I sent email but still no luck, more than 4 days passed. I even sent reminders as well but no luck. Than one of their quality control person contacted me to ask tha r u happy with our services, I told her all and she made me assure that she will escalate this to management a d will get back to me with solution but still I didnt get any reply or response. Trying to reach them over the mobile or landline, they are not answering.I will never ever suggest anyone to go with Policyhouse.

Worst experience ever had. They ask to make payments against the agreed policy to avail discount and after making payment the policy was never released and on contacting after 24hrs , sale guy mentioned that policy can not be issue again agree insurance company and asking to switch insurance company. On refusal their request, I asked for refund which is still not process yet. Several contact has been made and stil clue less how to get my money back. Dont buy any policy from policy house they are just making money for urs money.
